Your boundary does not start in your head.
\nIt starts in your body.<\/p>

Long before you say \u201cno.\u201d
Long before you make a rule.\n
Long before you explain it.<\/p>

You feel it first.
\nAs tension.
\nAs pressure.
\nAs a subtle pull-back you ignore \u2014 and later try to rationalise.<\/p>

Many people think boundaries are something you have to decide<\/em>.
\nAnd then defend.<\/p>

That\u2019s not true.<\/p>

A boundary is not a wall.
\nIt\u2019s a signal.<\/p>

And money is often where that signal becomes the clearest.<\/p>

This is what I see again and again with leaders and investors:
\n* They say yes while their body already feels no;
\n* They negotiate terms that don\u2019t actually sit right;
\n* They move their own boundary to make it \u201cwork.\u201d<\/p>

Not because they are weak.
\nBecause they\u2019ve learned to override what they feel.<\/p>

This is leadership from the inside out<\/strong>:
\nNot formulating faster.
\nFeeling better first.<\/p>

Three places where your boundary shows up
<\/strong>\n* In spending you later have to justify;
\n* In prices or terms you swallow;
\n* In investment decisions that keep creating unease.<\/p>

Those are not mistakes.
\nThat is feedback.<\/p>

Mini exercise (5 minutes)<\/strong>
\nAsk yourself this question:\n Where do I say yes while I feel no?<\/em><\/p>

Write down three concrete examples.
\nDon\u2019t analyse.
\nDon\u2019t fix.
\nJust notice.<\/p>
