And that energy starts with how you see yourself.<\/b><\/p><p align=\"left\"><b>If I...<\/b><br \/>Maybe you\u2019ve thought this too: \"Once I earn more, I\u2019ll finally be able to enjoy.\" Or, \"When my buffer is at a certain level, then I\u2019ll have control and can relax.\"<br \/>It sounds logical. But\u2026 that's not how it works.<\/p><p align=\"left\">Financial abundance usually doesn\u2019t start with earning more. It starts with something much subtler: how you see yourself. How much value you place on yourself. Whether deep down, you truly believe: <i>I am worth this.<\/i>.<\/p><p align=\"left\">As long as you keep yourself small, your money flow often stays small too.<\/p><p><strong>The Foundation of Abundance: Self-Worth<\/strong><br \/>Money touches on themes like self-esteem, boundaries, receiving, and being seen. Yet, many people try to create abundance through the outside:<\/p><ul><li>High(er) rates<\/li><li>Smart(er) investments<\/li><li>Hard(er) work<\/li><\/ul><p>All things that can help. But if your self-image doesn\u2019t change, no amount of money will ever feel truly enough. You\u2019ll keep doubting, holding back, compensating, or giving it all away again.<\/p><p align=\"left\">Self-worth is the layer beneath it all.<br \/>Self-worth is the layer beneath it all.\nNot: \"Once I have more money, then I\u2019ll feel valuable.\"\nBut: \"Because I value myself, I dare to attract, hold onto, and freely let money flow.\" <i>\"Once I have more money, then I\u2019ll feel valuable.\"<\/i><br \/>Maar: <i>\"Because I value myself, I dare to attract, hold onto, and freely let money flow.\"<\/i><\/p><p align=\"left\"><b>A Time I Didn\u2019t Dare Claim My Worth<\/b><br \/>Before I transitioned to coaching and investing full-time, I worked as a real estate lawyer. A good salary, a great title, hard worker \u2014 it looked good on paper. Yet, I often felt small and not \u201cgood enough\u201d during that time. I knew I was good at my work. I saw what I meant to my clients. Yet, I didn\u2019t dare fully own my value.<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;\"><span style=\"font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span>I worked too many hours without speaking up.<\/li><li>I took on extra responsibility \"because I could handle it.\"<\/li><li>And I told myself that this was just part of being a lawyer \u2014 especially if you were ambitious.<\/li><\/ul><p align=\"left\">Later, when I started my own office, I brought that same dynamic with me. I set respectable rates \u2014 on paper. But in conversations with potential clients, I was afraid to mention my price. \u201cWhat if they think it\u2019s too high?\u201d\nSo, it sounded like this: \u201cWe could start with a lower entry point and see how it goes.\u201d And I often gave more time (more value) than agreed, but didn\u2019t dare to bill it properly.<\/p><p align=\"left\">From the outside, it seemed like I was doing well.<br \/>On the inside, it felt like I was constantly proving that I was worth the money.<\/p><p align=\"left\"><b>When I honestly looked at myself, I saw the core:<\/b><br \/>It wasn\u2019t my price that was too low.\u00a0<br \/>It was my self-image that was lagging behind.<\/p><p align=\"left\"><b>The Shift<\/b><br \/>The change didn\u2019t come from one big moment. It came from a series of small, honest conversations with myself. I began to examine:<\/p><ul><li>When do I feel small in money conversations?<\/li><li>When do I automatically lower my price or give more?<\/li><li>What stories do I tell myself about \u201ctoo expensive,\u201d \u201cwanting to be liked,\u201d or \u201cnot wanting to be a burden?\u201d<\/li><\/ul><p>And I noticed: every time I didn\u2019t dare claim my worth, I was actually telling my system: <i>\u201cI\u2019m not really worth this.\u201d <\/i>Not only did this attract less money than was possible, but I also attracted situations where I kept overextending myself.<\/p><p align=\"left\">The real shift came when I started practicing something different, step by step:<\/p><ul><li>saying my prices without softening them immediately;<\/li><li>trusting that the right people would say \u201cyes\u201d to me, not to a discount, and<\/li><li>taking my time, energy, and expertise as seriously as I took anyone else\u2019s.<\/li><\/ul><p align=\"left\">Was it comfortable? No.<br \/>Was it necessary? Absolutely.\nBecause money follows energy. And as long as your energy says: <i>\u201cI\u2019m not really worth what I\u2019m asking\",<\/i>there will be friction.<\/p><p>And you know what happened when I later raised my rates and a potential client commented on it? I immediately raised my rate to the amount I had wanted to charge but hadn\u2019t chosen because I was too scared.<\/p><p><strong>Concrete Tip \u2013 Boost Your Value Energy<\/strong><br \/>Take a pen and paper and spend some time on this exercise.<\/p><p align=\"left\">1. Write at the top: <i>\u201cWhat is my offer truly worth?\u201d<\/i><br \/>Think about:<\/p><ul><li>the years of experience you bring;<\/li><li>the energy you put into your work;<\/li><li>the transformation you create for others.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"margin-left: 18pt; text-indent: -18pt;\" align=\"left\">Allow yourself to truly feel the impact of what you do.<\/p><p align=\"left\">2. Then ask yourself:<br \/><i>\"What would I charge for my service or product if I were 100% in my worth?\"<\/i><br \/>Write down the amount that first comes to mind \u2014 without censorship.<\/p><p align=\"left\">3. Compare it to your current price.<\/p><ul><li>Is it higher? Much higher?<\/li><li>What do you feel when you look at it? Tension, excitement, disbelief?<\/li><\/ul><p align=\"left\">4. Then explore: <i>\"What\u2019s holding me back from asking this amount?\"<\/i><br \/>Write down all the thoughts that come up. These aren\u2019t just thoughts. These are your worth stories. That\u2019s where your work lies.<\/p><p align=\"left\">Note: the exercise isn\u2019t about doubling your rate tomorrow.<br \/>It\u2019s about honestly looking at the gap between your inner value and your outer price.<\/p><p><strong>What\u2019s one situation where you recently didn\u2019t fully claim your worth?<\/strong><br \/>And what would you \u2014 looking back \u2014 have wanted to do or say?
