Boundaries are not a wall. They are leadership.

Without boundaries, your success becomes a burden.
Boundaries sound harsh.
And that is exactly why many people avoid them.

Especially if you have a strong sense of responsibility.
You want to do it well.
Be reliable.
And not disappoint anyone.

And yet
Without boundaries, your success becomes something you have to carry.
Instead of something you enjoy.

Where boundaries most often leak (and you normalise it)
• “Could you just add this as well?”
• “Can you help me quickly?”
• “I’ll pay you later.”
• “Could you adjust your price slightly?”
• “We just have one small change.”

And you say yes.
Because you are strong.
Loyal.
Because you can.

Until your body starts to protest.
Or your calendar.
Or your bank account.

My POV – “Boundaries don’t make you less kind.”
They make you more reliable.

Boundaries are agency.
Agency creates calm.
And calm creates trust.

In who you are and what you do.

The plan (3 steps)
1. Choose one boundary that protects your energy.
Time. Scope. Price. Communication.
2. Say it in one sentence.
Short. Warm. Clear.
3. Hold that sentence once.
Do not explain. Do not defend. Just say it — and stand.

One sentence you can literally use
“Thank you for your request. This falls outside our agreement. If you’d like, I can of course send you a proposal for this additional part.”
Or: “This is my price. That allows me to deliver calmly and at the quality I stand for.”

Mini-exercise
Write your boundary in one sentence: “From now on I ___, so that I ___.”
For example: “From now on I no longer work ‘just quickly in between’, so that I can deliver with calm.”

Archetype test (as a mirror)
Boundaries often leak from an archetype that wants to care or prove.
Martyr. Warrior. Sometimes Innocent.

Take the test.
Schedule your appointment and send me your top two.
I will reflect back to you which boundary you now need to become free.
