Imagine this: your bank account isn’t judging you — it’s simply holding up a mirror. What would it reflect about you? Your habits, your beliefs, your relationship with yourself?
How you deal with money often mirrors how you deal with yourself. Avoiding your banking app? There’s a good chance you don’t want to face feelings of lack, guilt or shame. That’s not weakness — it’s human. But it does keep you from finding peace around money.
“Your bank account isn’t judgement — it’s feedback. It doesn’t define who you are, but shows where you’re ready to choose differently.”
Real-life example
One of my clients had a successful business, but she spent all her profits immediately. Her bank account was always almost empty. During our sessions, she discovered that she felt uncomfortable with the idea of wealth. She had been taught that “having money” was synonymous with selfishness and that you should therefore “share” it with others. Only when she rewrote that belief system did she dare to hold on to money—without shame. And that's exactly why her wealth grew.
Practical tip – Observe, don’t judge
👉 This week, look at your bank account intentionally.
Not to fix it, but to understand it.
- Where is my money flowing?
- What does that say about my values and beliefs?
- What would I like to shift?
Limit this to 10 minutes, once a week. Your money is not a mistake. It’s a message.
